How do I request an Early Check-In or Late Check-Out? When booking your stay with Misi Empire Stays, you'll have the option to add Early Check-In or Late Check-Out directly during the booking process. If you didn't select these options during booking but decide later that you'd like to adjust your check-in or check-out time, simply contact us through phone, text, or email, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. For more details, including fees for Early Check-In and Late Check-Out, please refer to our Fees & Add-Ons section at the end of this page. Keep in mind that availability for these options depends on our booking schedule, but we're always here to assist and make your stay as seamless as possible.

5. How do I check in and check out? We offer flexible check-in and check-out options. Most of our properties feature self-check-in with a secure keyless entry system. Detailed instructions will be provided before your arrival. Check-out is just as easy, with clear guidelines sent to you via email or text. Should you need any assistance, our team is available 24/7.

How does Misi Empire Stays screen its guests? We prioritize the safety and security of our guests by implementing a robust screening process. Every guest is required to complete identity verification and meet our screening criteria before their reservation is confirmed, ensuring a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone.

Who typically stays at Misi Empire Stays, and how long do they stay? Our guests include a mix of leisure travelers, business professionals, and corporate clients. The length of stays can range from a single night to few months, with the average guest staying around four nights.

Do you offer parking at your properties? Parking availability varies by location. Some properties include private parking, while others may offer street parking or nearby public parking options. Parking details will be provided in the property listing and in your pre-arrival instructions.

Can I host events or parties at Misi Empire properties? We aim to maintain a harmonious atmosphere for everyone, both inside and around our properties. To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and to respect our surrounding neighbors, we do not allow parties or large events at any of our properties. However, small gatherings may be permitted on a case-by-case basis with prior approval. Please contact us for specific guidelines and permissions.

Do you offer discounts for longer stays? Yes, we offer special rates for extended stays. Guests staying 15 days or more receive a 5% discount, and those staying 30 days or more enjoy a 10% discount. These discounts are automatically applied at checkout when you book through our website.

  • Standard Cleaning Fee: Included in your booking.

  • Extended Stay Cleaning (8+ Nights): Complimentary weekly cleaning upon request.

  • Additional Cleaning Services (Upon Request): £30 per cleaning.
